BP Performance Boost was launched in early July of 2021 by Billy Petrocelli. Our goal is to provide a personal training service that helps the client achieve their goals but also help build a foundational mentality in living a healthier life both in and outside of the gym. After having trained in competitive Irish Dancing for 17 years, and playing a gambit of sports including lacrosse, football, and track, the physical demand on the body has never been higher. At BP Performance Boost it is of utmost importance that we prioritize the safety of our clients in preventing injuries to help them feel confident when training and competing. Our mantra for every individual that joins our family is to progress beyond their best as there is always room for improvement and it takes a team to help achieve one’s goal and we are there every step of the way!

Training is a multi-faceted process, it's not just about lifting heavy weights and getting stronger. It’s important to develop a positive mindset, and incorporate goals to allow the individual to constantly grow and improve and understand their true potential.
